Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Cleaned all channels through telephone or online chat tools, invited users to the store to experience test driving and other activities;
  • Collected information of users' intention to buy cars, and established data files of potential customers;   
  • Continuously follow up and cultivate potential customers' intention of buying cars and promote customers to enter the store. 
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year telemarketing experience, automotive industry DCC experience preferred;
  • Master basic office software;
