Job Description

M-F, 05:00 – 14:00/ work on Thai Public Holidays (followed NC schedule)
- To be first point of contact for customer enquiries on Order to Cash including, complaints, claims, product returns, order status
- To capture relevant customer interaction data to facilitate follow-up and CX analysis/improvement opportunities
- To escalate enquires or complaints as appropriate guideline
- To monitor collection interface and perform customer’s account reconciliation of specific assigned accounts including other relevant payment related activities
- To timely apply payment
- To process receivables rescheduling request from Sales
- Support Team of Experts in resolving complex Accounts Receivable operational issues
- To undertake additional tasks that may be reasonably requested
