Job Description

Your mission:

  • Deal with online customer requests (support via Chat)
  • Deal with phone calls with international customers
  • Handle user accounts and follow-up of prospective users
  • Embrace social media tools and platforms to help grow our brand and business

In addition, you will be trained for every matter you will oversee, so that you also develop your skills gradually.


  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and capable of taking initiative
  • A versatile, positive and flexible attitude

Plus, if:

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Business / Marketing
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Arabic or Spanish fluency


  • Office based in the SSP Tower (Ekkamai Road)
  • Free shuttle service from BTS (Thonglor, Ekamai) to the office
  • Growing salary and paid time off
  • Work from home allowance
  • 1 AM to 9:30 AM, 5 days a week
