Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define strategies and act to generate long term and short term business implementation, ensure overall operation is well managed and achieved  KPIs Target
  • Ensure that Technical Support Engineer team could resolve technical issues of hardware and software system of SONY products as required standard
  • Manage Customer Reception team to provide good experience of  after sales service to customers .
  • Manage Planning Control team  on Budget setting process , and ensure related expenses are well managed , able to provide  cost  variance analysis and initiate actions to improve the operation and cost
  • Manage Spare parts operation with proper level of spare parts stock
  • Manage national wide SONY Service centers/ Authorized Service center/3rd parties service center to meet operation KPIs  and  SONY  standard ;  Continue to strengthen SONY service network  
  • Manage  Product compliance team to ensure Incoming goods , distribution   and after sales service are compliance with regulations
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Ensure alignment of regional service procedures, policies and standards
  • Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.

Qualification:

  • Proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager
  • Strong industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in English
  • Previous sales and management experience  may be advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
