Job Description

Location: Klongtoey (nearest BTS Phromphong)

Duties:
1. To be first point of contact for customer enquiries on Order to Cash including, complaints, claims, product returns, order status
2. To capture  relevant customer interaction data to facilitate follow-up and CX analysis/improvement opportunities
3. To escalate enquires or complaints as appropriate guideline
4. To monitor collection interface and perform customer’s account reconciliation of specific assigned accounts including other relevant payment related activities
5. To timely apply payment
6. To process receivables rescheduling request from Sales
7. Support Team of Experts in resolving complex Accounts Receivable operational issues
8. To undertake additional tasks that may be reasonably requested

Requirements:
1. Thai nationality, age 22-30 years old
2. Bachelor in any field but solid in Mandarin "MUST HAVE" valid HSK 5 certificate
3. Fluent in English; TOEIC 800+ is advantage
4. Administrative experience or internship will be beneficial
5. Able to work on thai public holiday to align with country supported
