Job Description

Key Responsibility

  • Development and deployment of Proposition - a product, service or promise that meets customer need and become a compelling reason for customers to choose Tesco more and more. This shall include proposition for format, category and campaign.
  • Development and deployment of Tesco Lotus differentiated brand strategy – setting distinctive strategy for the brand, define customer profile, set up brand vision and brand proposition that lead to future growth
  • Lead/ Co-lead product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
  • Integration of insights & foresights into solid proposition and strategy. Assessment of the success/ failure of customer strategy, campaign, initiatives and new product launch
  • Planning and execution of go-to-market/ launch plan for new proposition, new campaigns and new product. Drive excellence behind communication & execution plan. Steward cross-functional team to launch with commitment and excitement

 Skill & Experience required

  • 4-6 years of experiences in brand management in FMCG/Non FMCG/ Retail or E Commerce
  • Strong strategic thinking with ability to connect the dots
  • Curiosity in understanding how Customers think and feel.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills including presentations
