Job Description

Client business: Manufactures and sells marking, tracking and computer printing technologies.

Location: Sathorn (BTS Chong Nonsi)

Work Hours: 9.00 a.m. - 18.00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Bonus: Variable Bonus (average 10% of annual salary, depending on performance of both company and individual)

Job descriptions:

  • as a single point of contact for all Care Service user clients, provide sustainable service quality
  • expand sales with existing user clients by up-sell and cross-sell (managed service way of sales actions)
  • responsible for 4 countries (Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia)
  • manage service contracts of user clients and ensure the communication timing to be the right time
  • build close and well-understanding relationships with each clients
  • generate/expand sales and improve margin by:
  • renewal of Care Service (recommend and propose to continuous use of the service)
  • up-selling (recommend and propose upgrading, attachments and/or more solutions)
  • cross-selling (recommend and propose other products (ex. RFID, printers, scanners, sensors etc)
  • provide the same service delivery to 4 countries (Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia)
  • business trip to other 3 countries (usually once a month) for meetings with clients and/or partners
  • *KPI: Renewal Rate (50%), Up-selling Rate (25%), Cross-selling Rate (25%)


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business or related field
  • min 10+ years' experience of Customer Success, Customer Experience or Key Account Management
  •  (Products: only hardware products such as telecom, PC Hardware, Medical Equipments etc. )
  • * Software/ Services/ Subscription model will not fit and will not be considered
  • English: fluent enough to take care of markets and clients in other SEA countries
  • able to travel internationally frequently (approx. once a month (if no COVID restriction)
