Customer Care & Services Manager - Nespresso

On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellence in Customer Care & Services for the customers, within the organization, and 3rd parties.
  • Ensure of continuous improvement on customer experience & feedback management.
  • Establish Nespresso Supply Chain to ensure of quality & efficiency.
  • Drive efficiency programs and ways of working in a LEAN and following Nestle’s way, creating an efficiency mindset within the organization.
  • Drive business results by making tactical & strategic decisions in a sustainable way.
  • Drive innovative solutions, follow up with market developments.
  • Collaborate with Finance & ensure that optimal investments and decisions are made for both CAPEX and OPEX & manage department budget.
  • Translate the global strategy to local market needs and define initiatives to achieve business results.

Requirements and Qualifications

You, as successful applicant will:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Care/Customer Services.
  • Experience in Logistics & 3rd Party Management, Customer Care, Quality Control, QSHE from FMCG MNC is preferred.
  • Strong in people & project management.
  • Experienced in business planning, monitoring, analysis, and strategizing.
  • Certified in LEAN Six Sigma.
  • Leadership & coaching principles.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Good command in English & Thai is a must.
