Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY

Cross-Border Ecommerce Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving overall Cross-border Ecommerce business and all marketing efforts in marketplace channels in Chinese market. Working closely with internal and external parties to ensure marketing campaign execution and ecommerce fulfillment are done effectively.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage Ecommerce business in Cross Border Ecommerce marketplace channel to deliver and maximize sales and growth with key marketplace partners i.e. Tmall/ Taobao, JD, WeChat.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing efforts – including but not limited to promotion, visual merchandising on online storefront, performance marketing, customer loyalty program, marketing communication.
  • Research market competition, brand competition, and product competition to make recommendations for product assortment and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage, update, and analyze stock levels, coordinate with Merchandising team to ensure consistent replenishment and forecasting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, and work cross-functionally to execute those improvements
  • Constantly monitor key metrics, inventory availability and product flows.


POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Chinese nationality (preferred) or Chinese language equivalent to HSK level 6 or above.
  • Able to communicate in English and/or Thai both written and speaking.
  • 3+ years of experience in Chinese eCommerce business i.e. Taobao/ Tmall, JD, WeChat mini program.
  • Results driven and solution oriented.
  • Energized by a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Has entrepreneur spirit and is a self-starter with sense of urgency.
  • Has understanding of Chinese consumer behaviors, Ecommerce trends in China, and Ecommerce marketplace business.
  • Strong interpersonal skill to collaborate closely with different functional areas.
  • Ability to solve complex problems related to different stakeholders and strong analytical skill.
