Job scope & responsibilities
- Be able to utilize data findings and able to select effective target and offer to create most effective campaign such as EDM, SMS etc.
- Creating Email communications and mobile notifications throughout the customer life cycle
- Facilitate and own the execution of multiple promotional and brand driven email efforts.
- Work with the Buyer to develop a strategic roadmap for email and engagement /retention.
- A test and learn philosophy by running minimum viable tests on email and mobile campaigns.
- Implement A/B tests to learn and improve performance of communications.
- Analyze performance of campaigns and make recommendations to improve deliver ability, open rates, Click-through rates and conversations.
- Support and drive efforts to improve personalization.
- Segmentation of the database inclusive of remarketing.
- Work closely with a cross functional team of Buyer managers, Marketers, UI/UX team, to ensure an outstanding end-to end experience for customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with in Marketing automation (Email Marketing/App database, notifications, CRM, AIB testing, query, segmentation)
- Proficient in HTML and CSS
- An excellent writer and communicator
- Experience using web analytics tools (Adobe/ Omni, Google analytics, SQL)
