Job Description

Job Details:

  • Monitoring all collection from the outstanding balance in timely manner, liaison with clients for collection method. Make sure to meet DSO set by Finance Division.
  • To update prepare the client list and report distribution list
  • To contact clients with regard to outstanding balances
  • DSO processing for Oil, Gas & Chemicals Division
  • Others as appointed by the General manager
  • Release invoices / reports to clients / branches / affiliates
  • Send out fax and email to clients / branches / affiliates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management or related field
  • 1 - 2 years experience in following up debts effectively or related fields
  • Good command in English 
  • Negotiation skills
