Cryptocurrency trading and investment platform provider, located near BTS Phoenchit.
Head Quarter in Singapore.
Over 10 years experience, plus 5 years of management experience in
customer service function from Fintech, Investment platform, or Cryptocurrency company
- Experience in setting of KPIs, ticket management, performance management Process management and improvement
GOOD TO HAVE
- Understand in the general concept of Cryptocurrency trading business
- Excellent management skills
- Able to coach the member
- Good communication skills
- In charge for managing the performance of the Customer Service team; ensure all the enquiries are actioned within settle time and manage to close all the outstanding ticket for the customer in timely manner
- Finalize the customer enquiry and feedback and submit to the COO to identify the way to improve the working performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all the operation of the team is get along with the company compliance and policy
- Coordinate with other internal party to ensure the company compliance is being adopt by all department in the company
- Coordinate with the related internal team in case of solving the problem for the customer
- Handling of escalations for VIP customers; identify the potential VIP customer and set the plan to keep the relationship the VIP customers for goal of increasing the number of VIP customers
- Creation of MIS to ensure management of operations is working as to target
- Board reporting on operational performance
