Job Description

Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

Launch Management: 

  • Full fill 100% compliance on Adient Launch & Change processes following Program Launch System (PLUS), ensuring effective adherence and discipline.
  • Collaborate during financial/commercial plans engaging at early program stage (e.q. Profit Plan budgets, TBL).
  • Support new launches from Phase 0 to 5 ensuring flawless program launches
  • Deliver 0-0-100-100-90 performance with quality program deliverables at gate exits reviews and sign offs, managing timely escalation when required.
  • Responsible to approve all LMSO (Launch Sign Off).
  • Right size Launch SDT resources by risk assessing against staffing models, developing launch team with the use of company HR tools (e.g. LTR, Performance Management, LEM, Skills Assessment, Individual Development plans, coaching and mentoring).
  • Create succession plans and develop talent pool and successors, organize trainings and leverage skill sets of the team.
  • Participate and collaborate during Executive Program reviews
  • Drive cadence of monthly onsite Launch Readiness Reviews including build events with timely escalation to mitigate roadblocks
  • Financial planning and budgeting launch-related, Capital Appropriation (CARs) elaboration and approvals
  • Standardize Launch processes across all plants
  • Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in trainings as well provide support for any safety requirement and activities.

 Change Management:

  • Actively engage on company operational strategies and projects, identifying and providing plans for restructuring-related projects and processes.
  • Elaborate and present project charters and business cases to leadership for data driven decision making process
  • Discretion and accountability to confidential projects and information under Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Drive business cases from concept to CAR reviews and approvals with adequate budgeting process in line with Adient’s financial planning.
  • Deploy structured projects for execution and conduct readiness assessments/reviews with effective risk management, applying corrective actions when required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations, Change Management, Project/Launch Management in manager level of Automotive manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor or Master Degree of Business or Engineering
  • Excellent Problem solving skills
  • Good knowledge of financials and business cases; Financial planning skills (Capex, Project Costs, Budgeting) Organized
  • Good knowledge of Manufacturing & Logistics knowledge
