Responsibilities include providing a technical interface between the Design, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams and the Business Development and Finance teams during the quotation phase, as well as during the implementation and mass production phases.
Liaising with customer representatives regarding commercial and technical data collection and exchange.

- Setting-up ED&T cost structure and cost estimates.
- Setting-up testing cost structure and cost estimates.
- Setting-up manufacturing cost structure and cost estimates.
- Setting-up SG&A cost structure and cost estimates.
- Setting-up investment cost structure and estimates.
- Analyzing volumes and performing capacity studies to support new business quotes.
- Manufacturing process experience (heat exchanger manufacturing will be an advantage).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Industrial engineering experience, including layout, line balancing, and time studies.
- 2D CAD knowledge.
- Excellent English ability is mandatory due to frequent interactions with international customers and global staff.
- A strong analytic work methodology.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with at least 5 years of significant work history in industrial engineering and project management.
- The ability to influence cross-functional teams, through the development of business cases with supporting data and clear communication to management level.
- Good general engineering knowledge in part design, materials, and production processes.
- Good understanding of automotive quality systems, including PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, PFMEA, Engineering Change, BOM management and ISO/TS 16949.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team, and provide effective technical communication with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Good command of writing, reading and spoken English.
- Able to operate a computer: Word, Excel.
