Job Description

To ensure standard Continental controlling processes and procedures are implemented & followed in Two Wheel Rayong and ensure data for financial analysis is maintained with consistency, reliability and transparency to support factory management for decision making

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate the annual budget planning, month end closing- and forecasting process for Two Wheel Rayong. This includes coverage of all variable, fix & logistics cost for Rayong motorcycle tire plant and received cost allocations
  • Identification of profit improvement program & elimination of non value adding processes
  • Identification of highlighting variations in cost & plant performance to the plant Management
  • Preparation of data for business decisions with transparent facts & assumption in the assigned area
  • Facilitating the planning & forecasting process
  • Preparation of monthly reports including budget, FC & Actual data for central manufacturing
  • Preparation of data for business decisions with transparent facts & assumption in the assigned area and preparation of POR charts
  • Preparation of Various monthly manufacturing reports for the local management
  • Furnishing monthly financial performance reports/analysis for monitoring & controlling actions
  • Monitoring and controlling the period expenses & variable cost against budget/forecast
  • Review and monitor the period expenses & variable cost with the cost center owners periodically
  • Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls
  • Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
  • Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
  • Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Accounting/ Cost management or related field 
  • At least 2 years of controlling experience
  • Good personal relationship and communication skill
  • Experience in large international corporation and complex matrix organizations
  • Advance english communication level
