Job Description

Job descriptions : 

  • Develop new credit products to serve Corporate and retail customer segments in AEC countries.
  • Design, implement and monitor appropriate process to mitigate the operational risk and to align with internal and external regulations
  • Design a suitable structured deal to fit with client’s needs, as well as local market practice while maximizing the bank’s profitability
  • Advise operation team to provide appropriate transaction to client
  • Cooperate with relationship manager to design the outcome based on requirements from clients.
  • Work closely with related department such as Enterprise Risk, Sales, IT, and Operation in order to develop products

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and related fields
  • At least 2 years working experience in Credit Analyst, RM, credit/branch operations, or process design
  • Understand credit product knowledge from banking industry.
  • Self-motivated and willingness to work across different cultures
  • Well understanding of banking products
  • Good project management skills
  • Good analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication and management skills
