Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Develop channel strategies and annual business sales plan aligned with the company and marketing objectives.
  • Develop activity plan by channel/account and implement activities by working closely with sales, operation and marketing team.
  • Responsible for managing all modern trade customers in terms of developing and implementing sales, merchandising and promotion
  • Create total below-the-line plan i.e. promotions, POSM, price structure, plan-o-gram guideline, and also co-promotions with related products
  • Category development for products in which involves launch plan, trade channel management, and nationwide promotions
  • Determined calendar for trade promotions and developed ways to maximize effectiveness promotions.
  • Responsible for managing all modern trade customers in terms of developing and implementing sales, merchandising and promotion
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in BBA(Marketing) or other related field.
  • At least 5-years of experience in FMCG and Marketing fields. Preferable candidate with FMCG/CH experiences
  • Fluent in English communication
  • Strong in negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaboration with other functions.
  • A mix of hands on execution ,dynamic, proactive and with high level of self-motivation, with a demonstrated sense of urgency and passion.
  • Good in MS office, Statistical analysis, Expert in excel
