Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide help and advice by answering both of incoming and outbound calls & other modes of contacts from consumers to provide information in response to inquire, concerns and requests about products and services.
  • Handle and resolve consumer's complaints with appropriate manner and timeliness.
  • Be able to identify and escalate the questions, issues or complaints to the right person and contact to consumer with solution.
  • Complete call reports follow up on customer interactions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, such as inquires, comments, complaints and actions taken.
  • Coordinate with third party or outsource or research company.
  • Handles report and administrative tasks in customer service area as assigned.
  • Any other responsibilities as instructed by company
Qualification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business English or any related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Contact Center, Customer Services or Hospitality
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Good team player with positive working attitude
  • High level of service mind
  • Able to manage work pressure
  • Proficient in computer literacy
