- Provide NTT DATA’s solution (Management Consulting Services, Digital Transformation Technology, Digital Marketing, Enterprise Solution) to our client on critical information and technological challenges
- Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing the output produced by the team.
- Maintain good relationships with clients in order to provide consultancy services, as well as to identify business opportunities.
- Identify and address client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, managing engagements.
- Share knowledge with team members and contribute to growth and development of the organization.
- Build, manage, coach and mentor team members to develop them and help them in their career progression.
- At least 10 years of experience in technology consulting, management consulting from global advisory firm.
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Thai.
- Be able to utilize your well-rounded skills and experience with various clients to steer your projects to a successful outcome.
- Experience in leading and coaching a team.
- Strong analytical skills, high self-motivated and able to work under pressure with changing priorities
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines
- Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented
- Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities
