Position              Compliance officer  

Salary                 THB 80,000 – THB 120,000 depends on experience 

Location              Pluakdang, Rayong

Working Hour     Monday - Friday, 08.20 – 17.20 hrs.

Job description 

  • Implements and monitors a preventive Compliance Management System, this includes the provision of independent advisory services to management and the departments within his/her area of responsibility as well as targeted employee training for legal and internal requirements with regard to the prevention of corruption, embezzlement, fraud and money laundering
  • Complete guarantee of the systematic monitoring of the company’s risk management activities and to ensure aggregated reporting of the risk situation and the effectiveness of the systems to the company management, and on the further development of the risk culture in the relevant entities
  • Conduct Compliance tasks required by external parties (auditors, etc.) and next Compliance level accountable; first contact person is the superior Compliance function
  • Based on company values and guiding principles, leading, motivating and development of assigned employees by means of target-setting and performance reviews as well as ensuring a targeted communication to achieve agreed goals
  • Ensures that local reports on Integrity Management are prepared (e.g. Annual report, sustainability report etc.)
  • Leads development and implementation of all related programs of the local entity
  • Oversees the integration of Integrity in all relevant local processes and instruments
  • Assures advice, coaching, training and assistance on the subject of Integrity

As Risk Officer:

  • Coordinates and regulates the activities belonging to RMS within the relevant companies
  • Gives suitable advice and support in the implementation of risk programmes, e.g. by providing the names of contacts or by making available communication platforms
  • Present periodically the risk situation within his/her area of responsibility (reliance) to the management of the relevant company
  • Complete management of the risk management employees trainings within the concerned business areas

 Job Qualification            

  • Law degree or equivalent and 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Male or Female, Age not over 45 years old
  • Adequate knowledge of compliance and risk management
  • Fluent knowledge of English, written and spoken and possibly of one or more of the local languages spoken within the local entities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Attention to detail and strategic thinking style
