Job Description

• To act as the principal conduit for all interaction with the regulator and other key stakeholders
• Continually improve compliance process
• Assist in filing for private fund license application
• Advise management and staff of law and regulatory changes
• Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
• Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress
• When compliance problems arise, conducts investigations to discover the roots of the issue

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Laws, Business Administration or related fields
• 2-5 years full-time work experience in a Compliance capacity e.g. as a lawyer, a regulator or Government official
• An ability to understand legal terminology and describe regulations in simple terms
• Good knowledge/understanding in business activities related to AML and KYC/CDD processes
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Good command of English (Writing, Reading, Speaking, Listening)
