Responsibilities 

• Promoting the importance of compliance i.e. Anti-corruption, Code of Conduct and Whistle blowing system within the company.
• Consolidating and reporting non-compliance issues.
• Assisting in analyzing Compliance and Risk Management information and prepare report to the Compliance Committee and Risk Management Committee.
• Contributing in enhancing risk management mind/culture throughout the company.
• Liaising with risk owners to update risk register and monitor risk mitigation plans.
• Perform Compliance Audit and other tasks under Compliance Department as assigned by the MM in-charge.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, internal control, risk management and compliance.
• Possess excellent English writing, listening and speaking skills.
• Strong communication skills to all levels of employees.
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point skills required.
• Strong business process analysis and ability to identify the key internal control points in as system or process, and areas for standardization simplification or improvement.
• Creativity and innovativeness desired.
• Positive attitude at work and good team player is a must.
• Candidate must be able to travel between plants is required.
