As Company Secretary task:

  • Perform her duty with responsibility, due care and royalty as well as has to comply by laws and any other related regulation.
  • Support the Board of Directors for their activities including provide consultation with related to Company's Articles of Association and any other regulations from related authorities.
  • Arrange meetings for Board of Directors, Committees and Shareholders (Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Corporate Governance Committee and Board of Directors) as well as coordinate to ensure all resolutions have been implemented complying with Company's Objectives, Articles of Association, laws and related regulations.
  • Set schedule for all meeting, Collect data, information for reports
  • Draft the documents and record of all reports
  • Preparing and keeping important documents of the Company
  • Report up-to date company information to The Stock Exchange of Thailand
  • Arrange and prepare Disclosure report concerning additional information (Form 56-1), Annual Report (Form 56-2) and SD Report
  • Arrange Meeting of the Shareholders such as Meeting of the Annual General Shareholders.
  • Prepare all documents and information for Meeting of the Shareholders such as Invitation of Meeting and attachment.


  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Experience as Company Secretary at least 4 years
  • Good Command in English
