Job Description
- Give advice to business units concerning to SEC, SET and related regulations.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and internal rules.
- Revise the Code of Conducts and Corporate Governance Policy annually.
- Coordinate with regulators and internal audit to ensure compliance issues.
- Conduct corporate secretarial works related to both company and board of director's levels.
- Handle Board, Company Shareholders, Sub-committee and AGM Meetings, and all related corporate records and take minutes of all meetings.
