Scope of work: (Huge Transaction Environment) Collections managers oversee the credit and collections activities of an organization. They manage the collection of outstanding invoices while enforcing company policy. Managers also lead a team of staff members to ensure the collections department is efficient.

Job details:

• Plan, organize and manage collection team to collect customer’s payment at the lowest Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) and % Long Term Outstanding (LTO).
• Develop strategies to collection team in order to manager DSO and %LTO as plan.
• Develop or revise incentive plan for Collection Team appropriately to leverage best performance.
• Review performance of Specialist personnel and follow up.
• Manage law firm to execute LTO Legal action.
• Investigate and timely response on any customer complaint.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• 5 years experience in large transaction of collection (High Volume of Transactions/ Month)
• Computer literacy i.e. MS Office. 
• Expert in Excel spreadsheet particularly in formulas.
• Extroverted, pragmatic and result-oriented personality
• Problem solver, creative, and high attention to details
• Focused and can work under pressure
• Good Command in English and Thai.
