Job Purpose

Provide professional technical advice to our customers through attending key projects and inspections, conducting trouble shooting and complaint handling on site, feeding back product performance to local TSS and writing reports in order to ensure projects are carried out according to specification and customer satisfaction and that Jotun is perceived as a preferred supplier in the market.

Job Responsibilities

• Give clear instructions to clients and relevant Jotun staff on paint application by working on site with relevant client representatives to ensure the coating specification is met and in accordance with customer expectation.
• Carry out inspections of specific projects assigned to you by your direct manager by working independently, following the ITP and working procedures in order ensure that the product is applied in accordance with the specification
• Write relevant reports by compiling data from inspections in order to document that the specification inspection criteria have been met
• Provide on-site stock control during the application of Jotun products to ensure the correct products are supplied and sufficient material is available at all times
• Carry out Sea Stock Management System SSMS concept as CA and/or project CA.

Required Qualification

• Experience:  6-10 Yrs in Technical Service Coating Advisor
• Education: Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Engineering is preferred
• Personal Traits: Very Good service mind and attitude
• Technical Skills: NACE Level 2 or FROSIO Level 3 or Equivalent
• English Communication and Compluter Literacy are preferable
