JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle incoming and outgoing in-app chat and calls and emails within the targeted service levels
• Handle the clinic tasks and report for B2B corporate customers
• Act as the subject matter expert and provide advice to customers on their enquiries
• Coordinate with inter-departments to resolve customers’ enquiries
• Provide excellent service to all our customers at all times and achieve targeted customer satisfaction score
• Book medical appointments on behalf of customers
• Process medical claims and/or perform other back-office support roles whenever required

REQUIREMENTS

• Thai licensed registered nurse or registered nurse assistant, with 2+ years experience
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills
• Good command of Thai and English (written and spoken) is a must in order to liaise with our Thai speaking customers
• Excellent service mindset
• Team player who can work together with local and international teams
• Versatile and adaptive
• Medical and/or health insurance knowledge is an advantage
• Flexible working hours based on demand
• Working location in Bangkok Central area
