Job Description
Clinic Manager
-Sukhumvit/Thonglor area
Responsibilities
Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans.
Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.
Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic.
Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory.
Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic.
Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care.
Performing the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.
Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with labor laws
Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
Collaboration between patients, their families and additional care staff
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Services Administration, or any related field.
Some experience of clinic or healthcare organization
Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic.
Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
Excellent selling skills with successful track record
Excellent communication/presentation skills and listening skills
Good communication in English and Thai
