What is your mission?     

     As a Client Service Director, you will be working with Management and Operations team to deliver #happier customer experience. you are responsible for Manage, Serve, interact with our client to provide our expertise, strategy to client for maximize their expectation.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

  • Set up goals and objectives for the department,
  • Build and manage client relationships with existing client and source for potential business to increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct periodic performance review with existing clients and manage the overall responsibilities in meeting the established targets i.e. working closely with your internal team and provide operational leadership to achieve clients’ deliverables within planned time frame.
  • Prepare strategies with the internal team to ensure clients’ targets are achieved.
  • Prepare and present proposals to client to negotiate new contract terms.
  • Plan manpower, finances, resources, and new projects.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management, Management Strategies, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Minimum 8 + years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have a pleasant and matured personality.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must possess good presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills with exceptional follow through discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
