Job Description

Main tasks:
  • Develop and implement standard account management methodologies and principles to ensure market leading client care.

  • Support all aspects of the account relationship as a primary point of contact for the client.

  • Proactively work with the Business Development and operations teams to constantly assess changes to the business and impact to MON’s growth and profitability while maintaining a client centric focus.

  • Help identify all potential service risks and develop mitigation plans with the client and internally within MON

  •  Maintain and grow margins (rates, services and operating costs). Quote where required.

  • Work closely with Business Development and Operations to deliver high level of service to clients and to streamline and improve internal communication flows.

  • Manage client-related issues to resolution in alignment with the group’s core values.

  • Report unusual events or circumstances to immediate superior on a timely basis with a recommendation for resolution.

  • Develop relevant internal and external metrics to measure performance.

  • Improve Client satisfaction and retention.

  • Improve data capture and availability to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.

  • Consolidate weekly and monthly data for generation of client specific KPI reports and performance reviews. Operational data reports with commentary is to be collected from Operations.

  • Lead the CAPA process including but not limited to 3D, 6D and 8D reporting as per group policy.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor in Logistics or Business Administration or Marketing or relevant field;

    MSc/MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics industry, Customer Service function or related.

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience as Management level in relevant role.

  • Strong leadership, organizing skills and excellent communication skills.

  • Strong discipline, self-motivation and a client-centric-approach to problem solving.

  • English skills verbal and written are required.

  • An open-minded approach to dealing with colleagues and in conflict resolutions.
  • Owned Car (prefer)

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
