Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Verify Policy coverage and exclusion of each claims and approval on the claim adjustment and/or submit to management to finalize this matter
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Business or related fields
- Knowledge in Insurance Business
- 0 - 5 years of experience and background in PA/TA or Health insurance industry (sales, UW, customer service or claims)
- Good computer literacy and knowledge of Operation System or CRM would be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and coordination skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and sound report-writing skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English
