Job Description
Location: BTS Asoke
Work Mon-Sat
Responsibilities:
- Have ability to do design, manage, cost estimation, erection control from small-scale through to large-scale for industrial factory building projects
- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
- Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, construction work and safety or sanitation standards.
- Advise for construction/Structure to other division.
- Communicate with the owner, supervisor and subcontractor, and solve the problem
- Manage and supervise both outsourced and in-house teams.
- Travel to client site as assigned
MUST:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in construction industries
- Able to conduct engineering specifications/Requisitions for client approval in fast track environment and conduct technical clarification meeting with vendors/clients
- Able to work in both Bangkok and Up countries (Mainly in Rayong, Chonburi)
- Own a car and driving license
- Familiar with Auto CAD (able to read, draw, modify and audit)
- Good level of English (reporting of the work progress, conduct of presentation etc.)
