Responsibilities:

•         Design, estimate quantities and material costs of the construction.
•         Monitor and control the construction’s progress with contractors.
•         Work closely with top management team to report progress of construction.
•         Advise construction issue to other division.
•         Responsible for the entire construction management related matters.
•         Ensure the construction are well managed up to the highest construction management standard.

Qualifications:

•         Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
•         Thai, Male 35 – 45 years old.
•         At least 5-7 years of experience in construction industry.
•         Be able to use MS Office and Auto CAD.
•         Strong collaboration, operation management and problem solving.
•         Be able to communicate in English.
•         Work in Kanchanaburi.
