Job Description

Manage and Analyze business and market data, and imply all data to action for business eg. Customer/consumer insight, Big Data, social voice, market share analysis, etc.

What we offer:

  • Manage brand and marketing data with SSC, analyze and find action plan from that data    
  • Gather and manage competitor analysis to all brand team and E-comm team             
  • Gain Market Voice and Consumer voice on monthly basis, from social voice platform        
  • Analyze E-comm brand performance, report to each brand manager and E-comm manager    
  • Utilize Big data e.g. E-comm platform, social media (Facebook closed group from Professional), to generate user experiencing with customer/consumer    
  • E-com Performance and Activity tracking.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in the related fields i.e. data analysis, marketing analysis.
  • Preferred to be knowledgeable about SAP and Microsoft Office applications, marketing software tools.
  • Good communication skills in English – presentation, verbal, written.
