Job Description

Job Description:
  • Supervise daily customer service work, handle relevant complaints and give timely suggestions.
  • Analyze relevant matters to improve the operation process.
  • Assist sales team to provide transportation plans and suggestions for customers.
  • Responsible for the arrangement of air/marine operation, monitor the payment to suppliers and receivable from overseas branches, customers.   
Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • English is required, strong sense of customer service, strong communication skills, good at solving problems and provide solutions.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in shipping, airlines, or forwarding industry.
  • Need to pay attention on details, and be proactive.
  • Chinese speaking is a must.
