Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Management executives and committees to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Managing the capital request and budgeting processes
- Overseeing the company's transaction processing systems, and implementing operational best practices
- Arranging for debt financing and equity financing
- Managing investment funds and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
- Dealing with the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding to document filing and regulation commitment.
Required Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female aged 40-55 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance, a CPD or CPA preferred.
- Experiences in CFO, Group CFO, or senior management.
- At least 15 years’ experience in Financial and Accounting field
- At least 7 years’ experience in Listed company
- Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.
- Effective interpersonal, Strong analytical / quantitative skills
- Experience with corporate governance and SET compliance
- Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.
- Dynamics, Result - Oriented, Self-Driven
- Proficient in English correspondence
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Good computer skill including MS Office and ERP will be an advantage
