Knowledge on producing high quality and premium Italian, Western, Vegetarian cuisine Research and create classical and innovative menu based on specific concepts

Coming up with recipes and teach the rest of the team how to replicate the dishes

Ensuring SOP is in place for food consistency Maintenance and monitoring of food costs Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements 
Age between 28-40 Years old.
Currently in Thailand

Culinary education from recognised institutions preferred 3 year’s experience in related field
Knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, health and safety practices and regulations (HACCP regulations) Experience in big scale on-site and off-site premium catering
Have initiative, is hard working and able to lead the kitchen independently
