Job Summary :

We are looking for the right candidate to manage our Central Kitchen smoothly, our Central Kitchen consist of food production team, warehouse & logistic, quality assurance, maintenance, procurement, inventory account and HR & Admin.

Skills Experience Qualifications :

• Thai Nationality only.
• Good decision maker and problem solving.
• Hold Occupational Safety Officer at High Technical Levelor higher.
• Excellent knowledge of Safe, Health and Environment for Factory
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemical Science, Safety or Culinary.
• At least 5 years of experience in Food Factory Manager Role.
• Be able to manage 80++staff
• Experience in HACCP / GMP environment,
• Experience in food quality control, warehouse & logistic, inventory, procurement, and HR is preferable.
• Experience in a high volume kitchen such as central kitchen / flight catering or banqueting.
• Be able to manage food factory license and all related licenses.
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office
