Position Summary:

Works with suppliers to negotiate contracts for the purchase of required goods and keep accurate records.

Assist the Accounting Department & GM in the monitoring, reporting and controlling of cost of sales, stock management and account payable reconciliation.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain competitive quotations and ensure that the best product is sourced and purchased.
• Source / order / ensure receipt of all F&B items and other types of products.
  Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors. 
• Receive market list from the kitchen / bar on a daily basis and place orders through POs. Verify the 'pending deliveries’ on a daily basis.
• Ensure that the suppliers we work with comply with our restaurant’s policy for hygiene and quality.  
• Liaise with the accounting department, prepare AP reconciliations.
• Record all purchasing in the restaurant’s system. 
• Key in new entries in the POs.
• Inventory reconciliation. 

Requirements

• Thai nationality only.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields. 
• Minimum 4-year experiences in the Hotel or Catering industry is preferrable.
• Integrity, sense of organization, eagerness to learn and succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office.
