You will be a vital member of the Procurement and Logistics team in Bangkok/Samutprakarn, Thailand. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will provide support to the wider business by ensuring that all purchasing activities align with corporate policies
and procedures.
Your responsibilities
- Purchasing materials on behalf of the Business according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms.
- Initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures.
- Negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions.
- Supporting the bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information.
- Overseeing supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues.
- Identifying and qualifying new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality.
- Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.

Your background
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics or related field.
- More than 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management function, working as a part of the sourcing team, either local or regional.
- Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Sound knowledge of SAP MM and advanced Excel skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
