Job Description

Job Purpose

To analyzing and transforming businessoperation model in according to corporate digital transformation strategies by interpreting modernize process, methodology and technology to make business operation process more efficiency in comparison with legacy processand ensuring customer satisfaction.

 Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and facilitate the development and continuous improvement of Business Transformation portfolio by embedding Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
  • Design new digital business transformation initiate, quantify value and prioritize each initiative for validation.
  • Produce a prototype; scaled down versions of the product or specific features in collaboration with internal and external parties required.
  • Conduct Prove of Concept (POC), analyze and record finding, results, lesson learned, and recommendation.
  • Define and develop practical business requirements for implementation.
  • Manage and outsource works which requires external support.
  • Ensure quality and successful of the implementation result.
  • Perform change management by proper analyzing, planning, and managing impacts and changes required for appropriate integration of new projects with on-going operational processes and systems.
  • Manage and demonstrate post-implementation reviews and monitoring of all implemented Business Transformation projects to ensure benefit realization and recommend future improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer science or related field
  • At least 5 years experienced in process improvement prior experience in Banking, Insurance, Finance service industry or from business consulting firms will be advantage.
  • Strong project management and process improvement with knowledge of agile management, Value Chain analysis, and Process Mapping with Design Thinking mildest.
  • Possess strong analytical, problem solving skills with service minded, persistency and self-motivated.
  • Strong project organization, facilitation, and excellent communication skills.
