Major focus on driving business with Ksher Payment Partners and Payment issuers (Local and cross-border card & e-wallets issuers, e.g. Visa Global, True Money, AirPay, Line Pay, etc.). To preside as a key contact between the firm and corporate Payment partners in developing, executing and maintaining optimal processes and strategic alliances. Proactively manages long-term relationships and enhances business opportunities to ensure business needs are consensually met across organizations, including being involved in complex issues management.

Job Description

> Key account management: nurturing everlasting relationship & communication delivery between the firm and payment partnerships and/or top conglomerate.
> Work closely with top management, core business partners and cross-functional team
> Optimize partnership marketing in alignment with the purpose of the firm and its partners to fortify value propositions.
> Perpetually identify and analyse growth feasibility and strategic alliance execution in parallel with market trends of crucial industry verticals prospective to avail objectives to all parties.
> Collaborate with related teams in up-selling & cross-selling strategies and/or key initiatives to generate incremental growth and achieve KPIs required by Ksher and its partners mutually agreed.
> Pitch presentation and proposals arrangement to management and partners monthly/quarterly basis.

Job Requirements

> Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
> 3-5 years of working experience in business development, partnership management, sales or related fields.
> PAYMENT and FINTECH industry experienced is a big PLUS
> Excellent command in English is a MUST
> Good in mandarin is a PLUS
> Solid communication skill, presentation skill, and critical thinking and analysis skill
> Being open minded, having strong business sense and fast learning.
> Strong interpersonal abilities, progressive and robust.
