Working closely with Senior Management in the Financial Services Advisory team this is an exciting new role where the right candidate will have the opportunity to help clients in the financial services industry (including banking, leasing, and insurance) transform their organizations into digital enterprises by creating new business models using innovative products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Business & Digital Innovations team working with client stakeholders across technology and business domains focusing on areas including but not limited to:

            - Digital & analytics capability assessment

            - Digital and analytics strategy & roadmaps for major enterprises

            - Digital private banking

            - Digital market entry

            - Product design for digital disruptors with focus on financial services products

            - FinTech, Block chain

            - Advanced segmentation and customer centric marketing

            - Data Monetization (Retail & Consumer packaged goods)

            - Internet of Things

• Take part in development of an innovation culture within the team and promoting new ways of working. Take initiative to communicate, interact, and collaborate with others to ensure that all aspects of a task are addressed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, MIS, Engineering etc.)
• 2 - 3 years (For Junior) and 4 - 5 years (For Senior) of experience in digital transformation especially in financial services sector and and business consulting
• Ability to participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
• Strong project management skills
• Interest in understanding of end-to-end business processes and key integration points, and identifying challenges and/or solutions.
• Strong sense of client services, good communication skills and a sense of team-work.
• Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai.
