Job Description

Position: Business Development/ Relationship Manager (60K-120K)

Location: BTS Ratchathewi, Bangkok

One of the largest growing Fintech firm is now expanding their market and is looking for a Business Development/Relationship Manager to be a pioneer in building and preserving trusting relationships with their customers.


  • Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
  • Acquire clients and maintain relationship
  • Promote high-quality sales, and customer service processes
  • Responsible for Portfolio Management of SME Banking’s portfolio for loan service 
  • To develop strategic initiatives; seek to expand business opportunity with financial solution provided
  • To deliver intelligence service to support the business (i.e. competitor analysis) and strategy formulation process to the target achievement.
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors


  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Business Development or a Relationship Manager (focusing on SME clients, is a plus)
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
  • Bachelor degree in Finance or related field is a plus
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Good command in English is a must
  • Willing to work in a flexible and a proactive start-up environment

Benefit: base Salary up to120K + commission
