Job Description


  • Meet with C level to plan strategies and brainstorm ideas to maximize company profits, cut costs, and deliver a better customer experience.
  • Work closely with Head of Commercial (Director) and Buying and Trade Planning team to ensure that products achieve to Commercial target (Sales, Gross Profit).
  • Manage P&L and achieve Other Income, GP, and Marketing support targets.
  • Analyze short and long term forecasting, Analyze trends in group inventories & rates to include
  • occupancy, goals, product line and strategic sales goals.
  • Establish appropriate goals and benchmarks in order to effectively measure performance.
  • Able to create monetization plan throughout assets in various platform.
  • Monitor and analyze the competition weekly through competitive shops, internet, news reports to
  • identify selling strategies and emerging trends.
  • Explore and provide variations in the market mix which would stimulate additional revenue without increasing costs.
  • Foster a culture of Revenue Management throughout all departments.
  • Work on all Revenue Management projects as requested e.g. implementing formal End of Month.
  • Design budget strategies to cut company costs.
  • Utilize available data to create forecasts showing projected revenue.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience preferably Retail or Modern Trade background
  • Experience in collecting margin, other income, and rebate with brands or retails is a plus
  • Strong negotiation skill and good sense of Merchandising and commercial
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, attention to details and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
  • Ability to use Math and analysis to develop profit-growing strategies and increase company revenue
  • Analytical skills and critical thinking to design new strategies to increase company profits
