Business Development Manager (Sale IT Outsourcing)
Job Description:
- Would be responsible for strategizing and executing the strategy for growing the company's future business.
- Would also advise the company on the potential growth areas and then help operationalize this idea to translate ideas into business and revenue.
- Would be responsible for achieving the Targets.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for achieving the sale target.
- Generate leads and seek for new opportunities.
- Analyze and understand prospect’s business needs and objectives in order to offer value-added solutions
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunity as regularly.
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality only
- At least 6-10 years of working experience
in sales IT outsourcing and/or IT services selling.
- Proven track record in sale achievement
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude with a never give up mentality as you would be in direct charge of driving new business for the company.
- Cold Calling / Prospecting / identifying opportunities for IT outsourcing/staffing business.
- Should have worked independently in marketing / sales of IT outsource
- Should have strong marketing experience and dealing with clients in all levels.
- Good commercial and business skills as well as Good communication skill in English
- Good negotiation, accounts ownership and people management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Computer related, or any other fields.

- Minimum 6-10 year working experiences
in recruitment IT,recruitment IT outsource, function in IT business.
- Able to work independently to perform a full life-cycle of recruitment function
- Sourcing IT, Programmer or any Non-IT related positions.
- Active, enthusiastic, service-minded, strategic thinking, fast learning, and good interpersonal skill.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full life cycle Recruiting process including job postings, resume sourcing, candidate interviews, resume submittals, reference checking and offer negotiations& screening, interviewing,
producing our standard resumes and providing executive summaries
- Search for qualified candidates IT from our database.
- Conduct interview with qualified candidates to support our clients in various industries including IT,
- Offer job vacancy to candidates. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client , Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Coordinate interview schedules and closely following up on the progress,Maintain recruitment database accuratel.
- Creativity in sourcing passive and active talents in targeted sourcing tools e.g. social networking, website, referrals, etc
- Achieve recruitment target that assigned by Management.
