Job Description

  • Position:                            Business Development Manager (CCTV / Video Surveillance)
  • Business Nature:             CCTV / Video Surveillance
  • Working Hours:                Monday - Friday (8:00- 17:00)

Job Description:

  • Business Development and Sales of CCTV / Video Surveillance products and solutions
  • Prepare and provide sales presentations, product demonstrations, system design and proposals to clients and partners
  • Conduct regular meetings and discussions with security / ELV / M&E consultants and system integrators for products recommendation and brand registration
  • Lead clients to develop winning video surveillance solutions architecture in accordance with RFP and/or client’s requirements
  • Formulate strategies and plans to provide a total customer solution and to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and lead technical presentations
  • Handle sales and technical queries to customers
  • Understands the safety, legal and technical specification requirements relevant to specific project
  • Conduct training and provide work supervision during implementation
  • Contribute to expand clientele in the region through cold calling and client visitation


  • At least 5 years in the large system sales in security industry.
  • Deployed Large sized integrated security system (including CCTV) or similar industry
  • Able to communicate ideas effectively to different levels
  • Proactive and practice initiatives to increase sales and brand presence to the market.
  • Formulate strategies, plans and proposal to clients and partners.
  • Strong and good command in English on both speaking and writing.
  • Familiar with B2B sales and customer oriented.
  • Based in Bangkok, but able to travel up country to build new client in Northern and South region.
