Job Description

Level: Department Manager to Assistant Vice President

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieves company/team objectives as per strategic plans
  • Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan/channels and areas in support of objectives together with Customer Business Plans for assigned accounts
  • Monitoring daily, weekly sales results, key performance indicators, competitive activities and market trends on regular basis and report to all concerned
  • Maintains and expands customer base and building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
  • Recommends innovative product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, and additional service; tracking competitors
  • Suggestion the marketing promotions along with Marketing by publishing, tracking, and evaluating customer spending
  • Responsible for growing market share for company products by develop and lead effective go to market model
  • Directly manage major and critical developing customer accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts
  • Provides timely, accurate, market intelligence to formulate pricing strategy and implement approved pricing structure on all company products, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin

Core competencies:

  • Possess future insurance / startup / business knowledge, regional exposure experiences will be an advantages
  • Good in project management skills
  • Proven success in taking projects from conception to execution
  • Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strategic thinker with a long-term approach to deal-making and partnership building
  • Able to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Fluent English (verbal & written) is a must

Qualifications and Experience needed in order to complete the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Financial/ Economic or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in Business Development
