Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Business Development (Project finding) - finding potential projects & partners though both direct and consulting channel.
2. Feasibility Study and understand basic P&L & C&F estimation
3. Know the mechanism of the financial modeling and about the importance of assumptions in financial model.
4. Provide some assumptions in reasonable level; sale price, sale progress rate, sales revenue in point of real cash flow, construction costs etc.
5. Research & Analysis for potential project - Location & competitor Analysis
6. Overall Market Research & Reporting - Gather & summarize news articles and published reports on Macro economic environment and Property Market, recent trend of market, and other new opportunity
7. Ability to Estimate and advise on design and architectural aspects in compliance with laws and regulations in Thailand.
8. Manage project from idea through scoping, analysis, and startup.
9. Prepare and provide updates on project status and issues to business and management
10. Maintain effective interdepartmental relationships and courteous, effective relationships with external vendors and partners.
11. Other Assignments.
Qualifications
1. Age over 27 years old
2. Bachelor Degree of Finance, Architect, Engineer or Others related
3. Over 3 years of strong experience in Development, Real Estate, Hotel or credit
4. Experience and good knowledge in Business Development
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office
6. Excellent Command in English
7. Pleasant personality and good relationship
8. Highly responsible
9. Strong coordination
10. Speed to plan and deliver results
11. Standard, Innovation and Continuous Improvement
12. Spirit Agile Mindset
