General Description of Role:

• Report derectly to the Asia Regional Director, the Business Development Manager will be drive the growth of sales revenues and EBITA within the Asian market.
• To ensure that the company becomes the major regional leader in bag in box systems, in alignment with the company’s vision, financial and non-financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of the annual sales budget and business strategic plans.
• Accomplish goals and strategic plans including business activities execution and daily operation.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts and develop a good understanding of the client organisation, their strategies and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and product need for major customers.
• Monitor the market trends, innovative products, competitive activities and business opportunities that will impact the business.
• Assist in developing and managing an effective sale pricing policy to ensure that the margin targets are achieved.
• Work closing with operation and QA team in addressing to customers complaints and to meet customer requirements.

Key Areas of Responsibility and Expected Results:

• Experience in Sales and business development at least 5 years.
• Experience in related businesses (plastic packaging, Flexible and Film packaging) is a plus.
• Experience in handling export customers is preferable.
• Ability to travel both domestic and internationally.
• Enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, initiative and strong analytical skill.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and competitive forces awareness.
• Good command of English communication skills.
